The first 2 images were made a couple of minutes apart….
……and the last 3 images were made about 40 minutes later (at differing focal lengths obviously).

The range of colours across photos is amazing.

You usually get more intense colour if you zoom a telephoto lens all the way out. But even so, to get reds and golds, then blues & mauves, then a repeat of the warmer colours is unique. Well worth starting a blog about, (but I will run out of sunset images as I don’t see them so much facing into the western hillside in this new home location).
Still, all good viewing while my Sunset/Sunrise library folder lasts.
I always think Melbourne has some of the best sky colours at dusk.
You just have to be quick to see them. 🙂
Beautiful colours, Vicki!
